What it does
Agent Browser acts as a proxy and management layer for Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. Instead of configuring the same MCP servers individually in every AI client (like Cursor, Windsurf, and Claude Desktop), you connect your clients once to Agent Browser. It then manages all your Server-Sent Events (SSE) MCP servers in one central location, providing a web UI to monitor connection health and manage server lists.
Tools
- Server Management: Add, remove, and view the connection status of multiple MCP servers via a centralized web interface.
- SSE Proxying: Forwards requests from AI clients to the managed MCP servers using the SSE transport protocol.
Installation
To use Agent Browser as an SSE endpoint in your MCP client configuration:
{
"Agent Browser": {
"url": "http://localhost:8087/sse"
}
}
