Provides a persistent, standardized project context layer for AI assistants. By defining the 'Who, What, Why' of a project in a .faf file, it eliminates the need to re-explain project goals and architecture in every new session.

faf_init: Initialize project DNA.
faf_auto: Auto-detect stack and populate context.
faf_score: Calculate AI-readiness score (0-100%).
faf_sync: Sync .faf context to CLAUDE.md.
faf_tri_sync: Synchronize .faf, CLAUDE.md, and MEMORY.md.
faf_git: Extract context from any GitHub repository URL.
