TaxPilot

What it does

TaxPilot is an MCP app designed for tax professionals and firms. It replaces manual, ad-hoc client intake with a structured 10-stage conversational workflow — from greeting through appointment booking. Clients answer guided questions about their tax situation; TaxPilot automatically scores complexity, generates a personalised document checklist, matches them to an appropriate tax professional, books the appointment, and sets up reminders. The result: 30-minute intake appointments cut to 15 minutes, doubling throughput.
