Dev Planner — Conversational Project Planner

What it does

An end-to-end conversational project planner that guides users (including non-technical ones) through requirement collection, produces three comprehensive documentation artifacts (development doc, API spec, style guide), and orchestrates agent teams and MCP tools to implement and deliver the project.

When to use it

Trigger when a user asks to build or plan a project ("help me build", "I want to make an app", "plan mode"). Use for scoping features, generating implementation-ready docs, and coordinating automated development tasks via MCP tools. It is suitable for ideation-to-delivery workflows where the user expects structured outputs and staged agent coordination.

What's included

• Scripts: procedural templates and phase checklists (has_scripts: no separate scripts folder but many templates embedded)
• References: templated document references and delivery/report formats (has_references: not present as separate files)
• Instructions: multi-phase flow (Plan -> Doc Gen -> MCP Setup -> Team Dev -> Delivery), dialog prompts, tool-detection rules, and node execution output formats.
