Chorus Proposal

What it does

This skill adds proposal and planning capabilities to an agent: create proposal containers, add document and task drafts, manage task dependency DAGs, validate completeness, and submit for admin review so drafts can materialize into real Documents and Tasks. It encodes PRD and tech-design guidance and task-writing best practices for hands-off project planning.

When to use it

Use when an Idea has been elaborated and you need to translate that into an executable plan: create PRDs, tech designs, and task drafts; build task dependency graphs; validate for blockers; and submit for review. Ideal for PM agents assembling work for developer agents.
