What it does

This skill provides a focused CloudBees CI investigation toolkit for Root Cause Analysis (RCA). It exposes actions to list recent deployments, fetch build details and console logs, inspect pipeline stage timing and logs, retrieve test reports, and correlate deployments with OpenTelemetry trace context. The skill is designed for SREs and incident responders who need to quickly determine whether a CI/CD event (deployment, failing stage, flaky test) caused or contributed to an outage.

When to use it

Use this skill when an alert or incident may be related to a recent deployment or CI pipeline failure. Typical scenarios: a service regression after a rollout, flaky tests causing releases to fail, pipeline stage timeouts, or when you need SCM changeSets to identify suspect commits. Start with recent_deployments to find candidate deploys, then drill into build_detail, pipeline_stages, and build_logs.
