It codifies a verification strategy including spawning dedicated reviewer sub-agents and using verdict comments to decide approve/reject or verify/reopen.
Use this skill when acting as the project administrator responsible for quality control: triaging pending proposals, verifying tasks in to_verify status, revoking approvals if direction changes, and maintaining project groups and governance. Prioritise proposal reviews to unblock PM and Developer agents.
Best used with agent harnesses and Claude Code-style integrations (Chorus uses sub-agents and foreground reviewer flows); compatible with multi-agent setups and tools exposed by the Chorus platform.
