Local/shared knowledge-base assistant: search, read, and safely write notes, SOPs, meeting summaries, and structured rows (CSV) with clear bootstrap/read-before
MindOS is a knowledge assistant skill that lets agents interact with a local or shared knowledge base: list/read files, search content, create or append notes, edit sections, and manage simple CSV/table rows. It codifies safe defaults (bootstrap first, default to read-only, plan multi-file edits) so agents can capture decisions, SOPs, meeting notes, and run knowledge-health checks without corrupting governance files.
Use MindOS when the task involves saving or retrieving human knowledge: "save this meeting note", "search past decisions", "append a CSV row", "organize Inbox/ staging area", or "perform a knowledge health check". Prefer read-only flows unless the user explicitly requests writes. For multi-file or structural edits, propose a plan first.

Works best where a filesystem-backed KB exists and agents can read/write markdown files or call the provided CLI.
