OPC (One Person Company) is a comprehensive orchestrator skill that models a multi-role team inside a single agent. It provides flow templates, role selection, and protocols for build, review, discussion, execute, and gate nodes. OPC automates task inference, flow initialization, dispatching role-specific evaluators, collecting evidence, and mechanical gating to drive reliable, auditable work runs.
Use OPC for complex tasks that benefit from structured multi-stage handling: code builds + review pipelines, design discussions with independent evaluators, test-design followed by execution, and autonomous looped work that decomposes large backlogs into ticks. It fits both interactive and fully autonomous modes (including loop mode).
opc-harness CLI commands and a recommended harness binary layout (bin/opc-harness.mjs).Infer: designed for Claude Code / node-based orchestrators and any agent environment that can spawn subagents and run the opc-harness CLI. It expects file-system access for session state and the ability to execute Node.js scripts.
