What it does

Boss.skill Creator guides users through creating a personalized AI boss skill. It ingests screenshots, chat logs, emails, or free-text and produces a packaged skill containing persona and management profiles, prompts, and run-mode behaviors (PUA detection, meeting simulation, counterattack modes, evidence collection, labor-law lookup, replace/quit scripts). The goal is to let workers model a manager's style for coaching, simulation, and documentation.
