Vendor Assessment (Kraljic-based)

What it does

This skill standardises vendor assessments by combining Kraljic-style classification with a six-dimension evaluation framework (Commercial, Operational, Financial, Compliance, Strategic, Geopolitical/Sustainability). It guides agents to produce rigorous, auditable assessment reports: classification rationale, per-dimension findings and flags, a risk summary (RED/AMBER/GREEN), and ranked remedial actions with owners and due dates. The SKILL enforces mandatory output headers and universal rules (e.g., never classify sole-source as low risk; always include actionable recommendations).

When to use it

Use when the task is to onboard, approve, audit, or exit a vendor; when performing annual reviews; or when producing a vendor scorecard for governance. Not for continuous risk monitoring or invoice reconciliation — it is assessment/reporting focused.
