What it does

This skill builds a personalized 'ex' AI skill by ingesting chat exports (WeChat, iMessage, SMS), photos, and other materials, extracting a memory timeline and a layered persona, and writing structured files you can use as a conversational skill. It automates parsing, analysis, and writes a coherent SKILL.md, memories.md, persona.md and metadata for ongoing updates.

When to use it

Use when you want to recreate or simulate a past conversational persona from historical materials, archive relationship memories, create a role-play agent, or iterate on persona with new evidence ("evolution mode"). Trigger phrases include /create-ex, help me create an ex skill, or /update-ex {slug}.
