What it does

Provides detailed guidance for configuring and troubleshooting Salesforce's native product catalog. Covers the Product2 / Pricebook2 / PricebookEntry data model, Standard and custom Pricebook constraints, multi-currency pricing requirements, and Product Schedules (Revenue and Quantity) so agents can reliably create, activate, and manage product pricing without breaking existing deals.

When to use it
