What it does

Integrates a personal Telegram user account (not a bot) into an AI assistant using the MTProto protocol. This allows the AI to manage chats, automate messages, and organize channels as if it were the user, providing significantly more capabilities than the standard Telegram Bot API.

Tools

send_message: Sends messages to users or groups from the personal account.
manage_channel: Automates channel updates and message relaying.
cleanup_messages: Performs bulk message organization and cleanup.
contact_organizer: Manages and categorizes Telegram contacts.

Installation

Since this is a Windows-based application providing an MCP server, follow the setup wizard in the downloaded .exe and ensure the server is active. For Claude Desktop config:
