What it does

MentalHealthOS provides a comprehensive, local-first clinical workspace designed for mental health practitioners. It renders a native macOS interface (via SwiftUI) and a powerful CLI that orchestrates complex clinical pipelines, transforming raw session audio and text into deep linguistic and psychological analyses.

Installation

• macOS Native: Clone the repo and run swift run HealthOSApp using Xcode 16+ and macOS 14+.
• CLI Workspace: Run npm install followed by npm run chat-cli for the interactive terminal.
• Clinical Pipeline: Execute specific stages via npm scripts, e.g., npm run transcribe for audio processing.

Supported hosts

Confirmed for macOS native and local terminal environments. Defaulting to Claude for LLM orchestration.
