de OrchestKit143
Query local, privacy-safe analytics across OrchestKit projects to surface top agents, skills, hooks, cost estimates, session replays, and delegation trends.
Cross-Project Analytics provides a privacy-first toolkit for querying local OrchestKit telemetry. It reads JSONL usage files (agent-usage, skill-usage, hook-timing, team-activity, stats-cache) and produces human-friendly reports: top agents by frequency and duration, model delegation breakdowns, top-invoked skills, hook failure rates, session timeline replays, token cost estimates, and daily trends. The skill expects local analytics files under ~/.claude/analytics/ and contains jq-based queries and reference guides to run each report.
Use this skill when you need a quick diagnostic or periodic report on agent/skill performance across multiple projects: auditing model costs, investigating slow hooks, replaying sessions for debugging, or preparing dashboards of daily/weekly activity. It is intended for internal operators and devs who run OrchestKit locally.
Primarily designed for Claude Code environments and local CLI workflows that can Read and run jq.
