What it does

It prescribes discovering project context, performing a short interview to clarify goals and constraints, exploring the codebase for related modules and patterns, sketching modules and test boundaries, and producing a templated spec document suitable for implementation. The output is a ready-to-use spec saved into the project's docs, including problem, solution, user stories, implementation decisions, testing strategy, out-of-scope items and open questions.
