What it does

UI Thing provides a Nuxt-first component system and authoring guidelines for building and maintaining UI components, blocks, prose, themes, and docs. The skill documents repo conventions, critical rules for styling, composition, forms, and generation workflows, and a consumer/maintainer workflow for safely editing source-of-truth components and registries. It also describes a React/shadcn → Vue/Nuxt conversion workflow.

When to use it

Use this skill when you are working on Nuxt projects that use the UI Thing system, when adding or editing components, blocks, themes, or docs, when running the UI Thing CLI (init, add, prose, block, theme), or when converting pasted React/shadcn components into native Vue/Nuxt implementations.
