HWPX Writer (한글 문서 작성자)

What it does

This skill creates and edits HWPX-format Hangul documents (official letters, drafts, reports) using the python-hwpx library and OWPML standards. It can generate new HWPX files from structured input, convert legacy HWP files to HWPX, extract text, and validate OWPML structure for compatibility with Hancom Office.

When to use it

Use when a user requests a Korean-style official document (공문서, 기안서, 보고서), needs HWP → HWPX conversion, or wants content extracted from an HWP/X file. Prefer this skill over generic document generators when HWPX compatibility or Korean-specific formatting is required.
