Retrospective (Iterate)

What it does

This skill guides an agent through running a structured team retrospective and producing a complete, reader-ready record. It turns conversational reflections into prioritized findings and concrete action items with owners and due dates. The output follows a template (Overview; Previous Retrospective Review; What Went Well; What to Improve; Discussion Notes; Action Items; Parking Lot; Metrics and Trends; Facilitator Notes; Next Retro) so the result is consistent, discoverable, and useful for pattern analysis across cycles.

When to use it

Use at the end of a sprint, project, milestone, or after a major incident. Also appropriate for periodic health-check retros (monthly/quarterly) or when team dynamics require surface-level reflection. Not for one-off lessons intended for long-term logging (use iterate-lessons-log) or for formal OKR scoring workflows.
