It features a multi-phase pipeline (triage, analysis, specification, generation, synthesis) with detailed documentation. No scripts were bundled for execution testing. The SKILL.md contains a curl-pipe-bash install command which is a notable security concern, but otherwise the skill is well-documented and structured.
The curl-pipe-bash pattern is the primary security deduction. The skill is impressively thorough in documentation but the complexity could be a practical barrier. No scripts were available to test, so run_tested is false.
