Capture (Recording Lifecycle for Droid Control)

What it does

Capture manages the recording lifecycle for terminal and browser sessions in droid-control workflows. It provides concrete guidance and commands to launch targets, record reproducible clips (casts, mp4, webm), take screenshots, and produce keystroke logs so produced artifacts are usable for composition and side-by-side comparisons. The atom is intended to run with a driver atom (tuistory, true-input, agent-browser) and optionally a target atom (droid-cli).

When to use it

Use Capture when you need reproducible evidence of behavior: product demos, before/after comparisons across branches, regression proofs, or tutorial videos. It is used in automated pipelines that orchestrate launch, interaction scripts, verification snapshots, and finalization of recording artifacts.

What's included

• Scripts: none bundled in this skill (has_scripts=false) but contains detailed CLI patterns and environment recommendations.
• References: no separate references folder, but the SKILL.md includes example commands and environment variables to set (FORCE_COLOR, COLORTERM, viewport sizes).
• Instructions: step-by-step lifecycle: pre-flight checks, viewport sizing table, launch/record commands for single and comparison runs, interaction script best practices, keystroke TSV format, closing and verification patterns.
