Trigger when a team or user asks 'where should I start?', 'what should I run first?', or when onboarding to the Design System Ops toolkit. Use it before running wide sweeps to focus effort on the highest-impact checks.
Designed for Claude Code-style agents or any agent that orchestrates other skills and can inspect a repo or receive basic system metadata. Works as a coordinator rather than an executor.
