Scans a PostHog project across product surfaces to surface cross-product correlations and actionable findings for the Signals inbox.
The Signals Scout (general) inspects a PostHog project and surfaces high-value cross-product findings that specialist scouts may miss. It performs lightweight profiling (product usage, top events, inbox report counts), consults the scout scratchpad and recent run summaries, runs targeted validation queries (trends, funnels, error issues, SQL), and emits structured findings when confidence thresholds are met.
Use this skill when you need a broad, cross-cutting review of a PostHog project — to detect correlations across analytics, logs, errors, revenue, and surveys, or to find issues not covered by specialist scouts. It is suitable for periodic automated runs (hourly) or ad-hoc exploratory investigations.
Designed for PostHog's internal scout harness and Claude-style sandboxes with MCP scopes for project reads and emit/write capabilities.
