OfficeCLI — Pitch Deck (fundraising)

What it does

Provides a fundraising-specific scene layer for officecli-pptx: concrete slide recipes (cover, problem, solution, market, product, model, traction, team, financials, ask), five vertical arc templates (SaaS, Consumer, Deep Tech, Marketplace, Bio), and an executable Delivery Gate that catches common pitch defects (placeholder tokens, shell-escape losses, hockey-stick charts, missing unit-econ, missing Use-of-Funds). It includes runnable officecli snippets, grid and typography rules, and stage diagnosis that changes required slides and checks based on Seed / Series A / B / C.

When to use it

Use this skill when building a fundraising or investor-facing pitch deck (seed, Series A/B/C, bridge/SAFE) where the expected output is a single .pptx and the narrative must conform to VC expectations. Trigger when the user asks for a "pitch deck", "investor deck", specific round ("Series A deck"), or mentions raising capital, term sheets, investor meetings. Do NOT use for board reviews, all-hands, sales decks, or product launch presentations — those should be routed to the base officecli-pptx skill.
