Turn customer feedback and voice-of-customer analysis into prioritized, actionable product recommendations with impact/effort scoring and journey mapping.
This skill ingests customer voice analysis and produces concise, prioritized product recommendations. It extracts pain points, opportunities, and risks from feedback, scores potential features by impact × urgency ÷ effort, and maps findings to the customer journey so teams can act quickly. Outputs include an executive summary, top 3–5 recommendations with evidence and effort estimates, quick wins, and longer-term strategic bets.
Use after running customer feedback analysis, during roadmap planning, or when a stakeholder asks "what should we build based on customer feedback". Also useful for prioritizing feature requests, preparing product reviews, and generating decision-ready recommendations from research.

Customer Voice Synthesis skill from the wicked-garden ecosystem. Purely instructional — no scripts to execute. Well-structured SKILL.md with clear synthesis framework, priority levels, output format template, and integration points. References external files (refs/prioritization.md, refs/journey-mapping.md) that weren't included in the fetch, which limits standalone usefulness.
No security concerns at all — no scripts, no network calls, no credentials. Clean instructional skill. The dependency on the broader wicked-garden ecosystem reduces practical standalone value, but the synthesis framework itself is well-designed and could serve as a template for product teams.
