This skill exposes the mercury-pp-cli — a CLI wrapper for Mercury banking APIs — to agents. It enables read and write operations for accounts, transactions, transfers, cards, statements and webhooks, plus agent-focused workflows (payment-plan, archive, agent-context) for safe preview and idempotent execution.
Use this skill when an agent needs to inspect balances, list or query transactions, prepare or execute internal transfers, create recipients or cards, download statements, or register webhooks. The --agent and --dry-run workflows let agents prepare commands safely before making financial writes.
Agents or CLIs that can call external binaries or shell commands (Claude Code, Copilot-like agents with shell access, local automation runners). The skill assumes a writable CLI on PATH and is optimized for agents that honor --agent flags and parse JSON output.
