Team Builder is a skills-based agent that applies organizational psychology, personality theory, and management frameworks to design complementary, high-performing teams. It analyzes mission and constraints, maps required competencies to individual roles, balances personalities for cognitive diversity, and produces concrete team compositions (e.g., Visionary, Executor, Analyst, Facilitator). A distinguishing capability is that when it identifies a missing skill in the current library, it will generate a new SKILL.md to fill the gap and integrate it into the plan. The skill includes archetypes, process steps for role definition, and templates for collaboration rituals.
Use Team Builder when creating or restructuring product, design, or leadership teams; when defining roles for new projects; or when you need to identify and close skills gaps. Activate it for hiring plans, sprint staffing, org design, or post-mortem improvements. It is not intended for generic task management or solo productivity coaching.
Pairs well with orchestrator, agent-creator, research-analyst and project-management assistants that can implement hires, spawn subagents, or create SKILL.md files.

Large SKILL.md (~500 lines) that's essentially a reference document on organizational psychology and team composition. Would benefit from being trimmed to actionable triggers and workflows, with reference material moved to references/. The skill-creation-on-the-fly feature is novel but tightly coupled to Claude's skill system.
